TSR Legal is assisting a well-regarded multi‑office law firm to strengthen its Private Client department with an additional Associate Solicitor. The firm is known locally and nationally for a broad range of private client matters, including Tax & Estate Planning, Wills & Probate, Trusts and Court of Protection.

As a Private Client Solicitor you will prepare deeds of variation, gifts and deeds of family arrangement, draft wills and lasting powers of attorney, obtain grants of probate, and undertake estate planning and other private client matters.

• Minimum 4 years post‑qualification experience

• Experience in private client matters such as wills, probate, estate planning and trusts.
