. Base salary up to £120,000, performance bonus, profit share, and extensive benefits.

• Lead the Private Wealth team delivering high‑quality legal services to high‑net‑worth clients.
• Develop and implement strategies for Inheritance, Succession, Trust and Court of Protection matters.
• Support and mentor junior solicitors, fostering an innovative, client‑first culture.
• Build lasting client relationships and manage client care across the practice.

• Qualified Solicitor with significant Private Wealth experience; leadership experience or potential to lead.
• Excellent communication, people skills, client advisory.
• Strong time‑management, organisation, proactive learning.
• Electronic IT proficiency and desire to adopt new ways of working.
• STEP qualification desirable; will support if required.
