Tru Recruitment is working with a well-established, modern and progressive law firm in central Cheltenham, Gloucestershire, seeking an experienced Conveyancing Executive to join their growing Property Team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Conveyancing Executive with strong Residential Conveyancing and/or Commercial Conveyancing experience who is looking for career progression, hybrid working, and long-term development within a supportive legal environment.

The successful Conveyancing Executive will:

• Manage their own Residential Conveyancing and/or Commercial Conveyancing caseload
• Handle a variety of Property Transactions from instruction to completion
• Work with high net worth clients across the UK
• Manage freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Support clients through the full Conveyancing Process
• Work collaboratively within a busy and supportive Property Department

This Property Executive role offers autonomy, responsibility, and genuine career development within Property Law.

To be considered for this Conveyancing Executive role, you should have:

• Proven experience in Residential Conveyancing and/or Commercial Conveyancing
• Strong knowledge of the Conveyancing Process
• Experience managing your own Property Law caseload
• A proactive, organised and client-focused approach
• Excellent communication and client care skills
