• Lead and grow a residential property team in Cheltenham.
• Advise on all aspects of residential conveyancing, including sales, purchases, transfers, remortgages, new builds, shared ownership, leasehold, and listed properties.
• Manage client matters from instruction through to exchange, completion, and post-completion registration.
• Provide proactive, commercial legal advice and maintain strong client relationships.
• Support and mentor other team members as required.
• Contribute to business development and local market initiatives.
• Keep up to date with developments in residential property law.

• 8+ years PQE in residential property law.
• Strong presence and professional network in the local area.
• Excellent technical knowledge, drafting skills, and commercial awareness.
• Collaborative, proactive, and organised, with attention to detail.
