About the Role
A new opportunity has arisen for a Senior Corporate and Commercial Solicitor with 5+ PQE to join a dynamic and growing team within a well-established, highly respected Cheltenham-based firm known for delivering strategic, commercially focused advice to businesses across the region and beyond. The firm has a strong reputation for supporting owner-managed businesses, SMEs and growing companies, with a culture that is collaborative, ambitious and relationship-driven.

You will have the opportunity to take ownership of a varied and high-quality caseload while playing a key role in the continued growth of the Corporate and Commercial team. The role will involve:

• Advising on share and asset sales and purchases.

• Drafting and negotiating shareholder agreements, partnership agreements and joint venture agreements.

• Providing commercial contract advice across a broad range of sectors.

• Supporting business restructures and corporate governance matters.

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with business clients and professional referrers.

To be successful in this role, you will:

• Be a qualified Solicitor with 5+ PQE in Corporate and Commercial law.

• Have strong technical expertise and confidence managing transactions independently.

• Demonstrate commercial awareness and the ability to provide pragmatic, strategic advice.

• Be comfortable engaging in networking and business development activities.

• Show ambition to contribute to the ongoing growth of the department.
