Conveyancing Assistant​/Paralegal

At Juice Recruitment, we are delighted to be supporting a well established and highly regarded law firm in Central Cheltenham in their search for an experienced Conveyancing Assistant / Paralegal to join their busy and friendly property team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual with proven conveyancing experience who thrives in a fast‑paced office environment and is looking to develop their career within a supportive and professional firm.

You will be providing comprehensive support to Fee Earners within the Residential Conveyancing department, assisting with a varied caseload of property transactions from instruction through to completion.

• Assisting with the management of residential conveyancing files

• Preparing contract packs and supporting documentation

• Conducting searches and reviewing title documents

• Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders and third parties

• Drafting correspondence and legal documents

• Handling post‑completion matters and Land Registry applications

• Maintaining accurate case management records

• Providing exceptional client service at all times

• Previous experience working within residential conveyancing (essential)

• Strong understanding of the conveyancing process from start to finish

• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail

• Confident communicator with a professional and personable manner

• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and case management systems

• Able to work full time in the office (Monday–Friday)
