Temporary Commercial Operations Coordinator

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Proactive and solutions-focused approach to problem solving
- Confident using Microsoft Outlook and Excel
- Strong customer service focus and ability to build relationships
- Experience using ERP systems
- Knowledge of supply chain, logistics, or order processing environments
- Experience working with third-party logistics providers
- Processing customer sales orders accurately and efficiently through internal systems
- Ensuring orders meet customer-specific requirements and agreements
- Managing delivery issues and customer complaints, escalating where required
- Maintaining accurate ERP data including stock, pricing, and product information
- Producing reports and supporting forecasting activities alongside planning teams
- Building strong relationships with customers and logistics partners
- Monitoring customer stock levels to maximise product availability
- Processing import and export documentation to support smooth operations
- Following established processes to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Providing support and cover for wider team activities when required
- A collaborative approach and enthusiasm for teamwork
- Ability to influence stakeholders and negotiate positive outcomes
- Comfortable working in a busy, fast-moving environment
