Gold Group is seeking a Procurement Manager to shape sourcing strategy for New Product Introduction (NPI) and bid activity, guiding DFM/DFT decisions and building strategic supplier partnerships within a defence-focused environment.
You will lead the Project Procurement team, collaborate closely with Engineering, Operations and Commercial functions, and drive cost, quality and resilience across complex products, moving beyond purchase orders to influence design and production readiness.
