What you’ll do:
Develop and maintain production plan schedules, aligned with Customer Demand, inventory, delivery targets and capacity.
Coordinate with Manufacturing, Procurement, to ensure the timely delivery of finished parts to meet customer demand
Ownership and management of S&OE (Sales and Operations Execution) to ensure timely delivery of Aftermarket works orders.
Participate in S&OP (Sales and Operations Planning) and planning reviews to ensure alignment between demand, supply, and operational constraints.
Partner with Value Stream Manager to determine resource requirements and align internal and external resources with forecasted aftermarket demand, ensuring availability of materials, labour and production capability.
Collaborate with Customer support and Program management teams to understand contract requirements, warranty policies, and service level agreements (SLAs).Monitor inventory levels and optimize stock of parts to avoid shortages or excess inventory.
Generate work orders, purchase requisitions, and shipping schedules
Track order progress, resolve delays, and communicate proactively with internal stakeholders and customers.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on supply chain optimization, planning accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
Ensure compliance with aerospace regulatory standards (e.g., FAA, EASA) in all Aftermarket planning activities
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).3–5 years of experience in production planning, materials planning, or Aftermarket support, preferably within the aerospace or a highly regulated industry.
Working knowledge of ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, IFS).Understanding of aerospace Aftermarket operations, including repairs, spares, and obsolescence management.
Skills:
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
