. Whether you are currently at an independent garage, a fast-fit centre, or another main dealer, we want to hear from you. We offer a professional environment where your development is the priority, helping you progress toward Master Technician status through full manufacturer-backed training.
- Salary: Basic up to £42,000 +
Strong OTE of £48,000
. - Schedule: Monday to Friday, 08:30 – 17:00 (Saturdays on a fair team rota).
- Training: Full in-house and manufacturer qualifications (including EV/Hybrid certification
). - Holiday: 25 days plus Bank Holidays.

Based in Cheltenham, our facility is well-equipped, modern, and designed to provide a professional workspace for our staff. We pride ourselves on being a "knowledge-sharing" workshop, where technicians at all levels work together to tackle complex repairs. As an expanding group, we offer genuine long‑term stability and the chance to work with the latest Hybrid and Electric Vehicle technology.
What You’ll Be DoingAs a key member of our Cheltenham technical team (Vehicle Technician / Mechanic), you will:
- Core Repairs: Perform servicing, mechanical, and electrical repairs, including brakes, steering, and suspension.
- Advanced Systems: Conduct diagnostics and maintenance on EV and Hybrid systems, focusing on batteries and control units.
- Specialist Work: Fit manufacturer accessories and audio equipment.
- Digital Integration: Use video reporting tools to provide transparent updates to customers.
- Quality Standards: Complete all service paperwork and digital records to strict brand standards.
- Collaboration: Share your expertise with the team while learning from senior colleagues.
- Qualifications: NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair is required.
- Experience: Background as a Technician, Mechanic, or MOT Tester in any professional setting (Independent, Fast-Fit, or Dealer).
- Compliance: A full UK driving licence is essential.
- Advantage: An MOT licence or EV/Hybrid certification is beneficial but not essential as full training is provided
