Gas Engineer Landlord Safety Checks & Repairs

Example Recruitment Group is currently partnering with a national heating contractor operating within the local authority sector.
They require a self-employed heating engineer for a long-term social housing contract.

Landlord Gas Safety Checks and Central Heating Repairs
Commitment: 5 days per week
Contract Length: 6 months+
Payment terms:
Weekly one week in arrears
Rates:
* £300.00 per day (all parts supplied)
* £30.00 - Out of Hours Standby
* £30.00 - Out of Hours Call Out

Requirements:

* 2 years of qualified experience as a heating engineer

* ACS Qualifications including CKR1 (Gas Cookers) & HTR1 (Gas Fires)

* Panel Van (plain or sign written)

* Gas Safe Registration

* Clean DBS Check

* No more than 6 points on Driving Licence

* Calibrated Flue Gas Analyser
* £2m Public Liability Insurance
