Housekeeping Assistant

We are looking for a reliable, hardworking & professional Housekeeping Assistant to join our team. This role is essential in maintaining high standards of cleanliness in our holiday cottages, helping to ensure an excellent experience for all guests.

• Cleaning our holiday cottages to a high standard
• Occasionally assisting with cleaning of the visitor attraction side of the Castle
• Occasionally supporting evening events when scheduled, including pre- and post-event cleaning
• Following health and safety procedures at all times
• Working efficiently both independently and as part of a team

• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is desirable but not essential
• A strong work ethic with good attention to detail
• Able to manage physical tasks and work in a large outdoor/heritage environment
• Flexible and reliable, including weekend and occasional evening work
• Due to the location of the castle and holiday cottages, a full driving licence and access to a vehicle is strongly preferred

• Competitive hourly rate of £13.00
• Opportunity to work at evening events in a unique historic setting
