CRM/FSM Project Manager Role Overview
The IS Project Manager will lead complex projects for Steam IS across EMEA and global IS as required, coordinating multiple work streams and driving timelines to deliver on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires proven experience delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CRM) and Field Service Management (FSM) solutions, supported by strong business process knowledge. Based in Cheltenham, the position requires two days onsite per week, with flexibility supported.
Responsibilities- Developing and maintaining project plans, budgets, and core artefacts
- Monitoring progress and proactively addressing risks, issues, and dependencies, including creation of mitigation and contingency plans
- Leading multiple work streams and cross‑functional teams to ensure efficient delivery
- Defining roles and responsibilities, fostering collaboration and accountability
- Managing vendor relationships and performance to meet project requirements
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, successfully delivering projects involving Customer Engagement (CRM) and Field Service Management (FSM), overseeing multiple sub‑projects simultaneously
- Professional qualification in project management or a related discipline (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP, Agile)
- Proven ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders, driving alignment and decision‑making across complex initiatives
- Hands‑on experience with both Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies, selecting and applying the right approach for each project
- Deep understanding of the application development lifecycle, from requirements through deployment and support
- Track record of delivering business change and IS/IT solutions, ensuring successful adoption and measurable outcomes
- Broad knowledge of current technology enablers and trends, leveraging them to deliver innovative and efficient solutions

- Exhibit strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Apply best practices in software/service release and deployment
