Project Manager​/PMO

We have a great opportunity for a Project Manager/PMO to join our SIPP team. This is a permanent role that is based in our Cheltenham office working on a hybrid basis.

Thishybrid role combines hands-on project delivery with PMO responsibilities, ensuring governance, reporting, and coordination across multiple work streams. You will manage key projects within the programmewhile supporting overallprogrammegovernance.

• Lead the delivery of assigned projects or work streams within the SIPP platform programme.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
• Manage risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring timely resolution.
• Engage and coordinate with stakeholders across technology, operations, and business teams.
• Maintain programme governance documentation, including RAID logs, dashboards, and status reports.
• Support programme governance forums by preparing agendas, tracking actions, and ensuring compliance with standards.

• Proven experience as a Project Manager within complex programmes.
• Strong understanding of PMO processes and governance frameworks.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., PRINCE2, Agile).
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under pressure.
• Experience in financial services or pensions industry (SIPP experience highly desirable).
• Knowledge of Financial Services platforms and migration projects (desirable)
