Site Supervisor - Planned Works & Roofing; Social Housing

A fantastic opportunity for two Site Supervisors has come available for a well-respected contractor based in Cheltenham!

They need one Site Supervisor to cover planned works and one to cover roofing and energy efficiency programmes!

You will be based at their main sites in Cheltenham and surrounding areas!

As the Site Supervisor, if you have a strong track record of managing a team of tradesmen and social housing experience, I want to speak to you.

• Take the lead on team actions and activities, both proactively and in response to direction from the Manager or other senior managers within the business, with a focus on demonstrating continual improvement in team performance, productivity and service outcomes.
• Oversee teams of trade operatives delivering planned works services to their properties, ensuring all works are completed safely, professionally and to required standards.
• Monitor team attendance and timekeeping, escalating any concerns to management where behaviour may lead to disciplinary action or breaches of their Health and Safety policies and procedures.
• Ability to undertake supervisory responsibilities and carry out works within our homes to effectively support team demands.
• Manage a team of up to 25 sub-contractors

• NVQ Level 6
• CSCS Black/White Card
• CISRS/Scaffolding related ticket
• First aid at work
• Social housing background

This role is offering a salary of £45,000-£50,000!
