Ultra Precision Control Systems (PCS) is looking for a Manufacturing Operator to join PCS's manufacturing function, which oversees the manufacture, integration, and test of a wide range of products and systems providing innovative capabilities for our customers.

• To manufacture high precision products from detailed engineering drawings for the aerospace industry.
• To manufacture a variety of sub-assemblies for use with Ultra’s range of high precision products using appropriate tooling and processes in accordance with the individual’s scope of approval.
• Setup tooling such as presses, drills, and special tooling in accordance with controlled documentation, and in accordance with the individual’s scope of approval.
• To ensure that all build documentation is completed in accordance with company procedures.
• To maintain training records in accordance with company procedure as evidence of work carried out.
• Full understanding of the expectations and requirements of being an Ultra PCS certified Stamp Holder.
• Complete all tasks in accordance with the relevant drawings, manufacturing instructions process sheets and specifications.

• Familiar with Code of Practices and IPC
  620A Standards – not essential as training will be provided.
• Previous experience in a precision assembly environment.

Candidates must be able to work in the UK without restrictions in accordance with UK National Law and be prepared to successfully undertake an appropriate level of UK National Security Vetting according to UK Government National Security Vetting criteria.
