We re on the lookout for Manufacturing Operatives to join our client s dedicated team in Bourton-on-the-Water. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with an employee-owned business offering long-term stability, excellent benefits, and room to grow.

Responsibilities as a Manufacturing Operative:

• Working on a fast-paced manufacturing line
• Achieving daily production schedules and performance targets
• Maintaining high standards of housekeeping and workplace organisation
• Actively participating in continuous improvement initiatives
• Using ERP systems to support production and stock accuracy

Skills required as a Manufacturing Operative:

• Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment
• Excellent communication skills
• A positive, proactive, and energetic approach
• Motivated, flexible, and a strong team player

The details:

Salary: £12.21 - £13 p/h

Hours: Monday to Friday, 06:45am 3:00pm

Location: Bourton-on-the-Water

Contract Type: Temporary to Permanent
