Assembly Operator
Permanent. Cheltenham.
We are working with a reputable and caring family run business in Cheltenham who have a rare opportunity for an Assembly Operator to join their established assembly team. This is a great opportunity to work for a company who really care about their staff. They will provide full training, but it is essential that candidates can demonstrate a high level of dexterity, have nimble fingers and excellent attention to detail as the items being assembled are very small, so it can be complex and fiddly.

The current team are all women so candidates need to be happy working in this environment. It is important that applicants have excellent eyesight and are not colour blind.
Previous experience of mechanical or electrical assembly will be preferred, but consideration will be given to candidate looking for a change of direction who have the qualities needed, as training will be given due to the bespoke nature of the products being worked on. A ‘can do’ attitude is essential as is the ability to work within a team.
Full time Monday to Friday opportunity;
Hours 8-5pm with 2pm finish on Friday.
Pay rate: £12.21 to £12.71ph starting/ training wage plus company bonus.
All PPE provided, parking available.
