Pure Staff are currently recruiting for a Production Operative to join our client based in Bourton-on-the-Water. Our client is a well-established pet food manufacturer, producing high-quality products for customers across the UK.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Production Operative to join a friendly and hardworking team within a busy manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will be involved in various stages of the production process, helping to ensure products are produced safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.

• Mixing raw ingredients in line with production specifications
• Weighing and measuring ingredients accurately
• Loading ingredients into production machinery
• Monitoring production processes and reporting any issues
• Packing and labelling finished products
• Performing quality checks to ensure products meet company standards
• Maintaining high levels of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the production area
• Following all food safety, health and safety, and company procedures

• Previous food production or manufacturing experience desirable but not essential
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
• Good attention to detail and accuracy
• Physically fit and capable of manual handling duties
• Reliable, punctual and hardworking
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

• £12.71 per hour
• Monday – Friday
• 07:00 – 15:30

• Weekly pay from an experienced payroll team
• Holiday accrued up to 28 days (pro-rata)
