- Alternating Weekly Shift Week 1 Monday to Thursday: 06:00 - 14:00 Friday: 06:00 - 12:00
- Week 2 Monday to Thursday: 14:00 - 22:00 Friday: 12:00 - 18:00
- Enjoy every weekend off with an early finish every Friday!
- Picking and packing products according to production requirements
- Feeding materials into machinery
- Monitoring machine performance and output
- Carrying out basic quality checks
- Following production schedules and targets
- Maintaining a clean and organised work area
- Adhering to all health and safety procedures
- Supporting the wider production team as required
- Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience is beneficial but not essential
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to follow instructions and work safely
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Flexible approach to overtime when required
