Regulatory Compliance Specialist
Ontic Bishops Cleeve, based in Cheltenham, is recruiting a Health & Safety Manager to lead safety across the site and strengthen the safety culture.
Reporting to the Site Director, you will manage risk, maintain the safety management system with the ROW H&S team, and ensure policy compliance for employees and contractors. Occasional travel between Gloucestershire sites is expected.
You’ll develop site-specific procedures, deliver HSE training, and drive continuous improvement across operations.
