Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for driving product growth through compelling marketing? As a Product Manager – Marketing you will lead the charge in shaping and executing product strategies that captivate customers and grow market share. You’ll be the voice of the customer, the champion of innovation, and the connector between cross‑functional teams.
Responsibilities- Work with the Marketing Manager to develop the long‑term strategies to defend the core business and grow sales outside of core showering.
- Own the product marketing strategy execution for showering categories, from positioning and messaging to go‑to‑market execution.
- Lead the New Product Schedule – collaborate closely with the design teams to deliver projects on time and within budget. Be the engine behind successful launches, ensuring every detail is aligned for maximum market impact.
- Take ownership of category performance – dig deep into data, uncover insights, and lead the charge in developing action plans that tackle underperformance and seize growth opportunities. This includes everything from P&L analysis and pricing strategy to product lifecycle management and customer ranging.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats.
- Champion the customer voice in all product decisions, ensuring solutions meet real‑world needs.
- Collaborate regularly across functions – including wider Marketing teams, Manufacturing, Sales, and Demand Planning – to align forecasts with marketing insights and activities. Be the connector that transforms data into action.
- Drive continuous product excellence by working hand‑in‑hand with NPD and Industrial Design teams. Champion innovation and ensure our range stays ahead of the curve through ongoing product improvements.
- Proven experience in product marketing or product management, ideally in consumer goods, home improvement, or tech.
- Strong commercial acumen and strategic mindset.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
- Data‑driven decision‑making and analytical capabilities.

- 3 years prior experience in Marketing, Channel Management, and/or Product Development with progressively more responsibility and a track record of results.
- At least 1‑year experience with P&L and/or budgeting is required.
- Strong interpersonal skills, excellent attention to detail, creative approach to problem solving.
