Juice Recruitment is delighted to be supporting a highly regarded British luxury lifestyle brand in their search for an experienced Social Media Executive to join their Marketing team on a 12‑month maternity cover contract.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping the brand’s digital presence, driving engagement and nurturing a vibrant online community. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will oversee day‑to‑day social media activity and bring the brand story to life across multiple platforms, maintaining a premium and cohesive aesthetic.
The day to day:- Manage the day‑to‑day running of all social media channels, including equestrian content, ensuring alignment with brand values and objectives
- Plan, schedule and publish engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, Linked In and Tik Tok, adapting plans quickly when required
- Operate confidently within a fast‑paced environment, producing reactive and timely content in response to trends, events and opportunities
- Write compelling, on‑brand copy that reflects a luxury positioning and strong storytelling style
- Capture behind‑the‑scenes content, including filming and editing short‑form video during shoots, events and day‑to‑day brand activity
- Attend key brand and equestrian events to capture, curate and share live and post‑event content
- Monitor comments, messages and tags, actively engaging with the online community to strengthen brand affinity
- Stay ahead of digital and social trends to maximise reach and engagement
- Provide occasional weekend and out‑of‑hours social media cover around events and launches
- Produce detailed weekly and monthly performance reports, analysing growth, engagement and campaign performance to inform future strategy
- Collaborate closely with the wider marketing and creative teams, remaining adaptable to shifting priorities
- Proven experience in social media management, ideally within a fashion or luxury lifestyle environment
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Tik Tok and Facebook, with confidence in creating engaging short‑form video content
- Experience using scheduling and analytics tools such as Hootsuite, Sprinklr or Planoly
- Ability to translate marketing briefs into creative and commercially focused social campaigns
- Excellent copywriting skills with a strong grasp of tone of voice and brand positioning
- Confident filming and editing content on mobile, with a natural eye for visual storytelling
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Analytical mindset, able to turn data into actionable insights
- Thrives in a fast‑moving, dynamic environment
- Full UK driving licence required
