Gloucestershire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Band 6 Tissue Viability Nurse to deliver high‑quality tissue viability care across Gloucester and Cheltenham sites. The role supports the Lead Nurse and requires autonomous practice within an agreed framework, promoting education and evidence‑based wound care.
You will work within a MDT, contribute to audits, and develop education programmes while maintaining excellent clinical risk management and communication with all grades of staff.
