Join a biotechnology team where you’ll work with cutting-edge purification processes, gain valuable experience in GMP-compliant environments, and play a key role in delivering high-quality biopharmaceutical products.

• Perform initial recovery processes such as biomass lysis using high-pressure homogenizers and inclusion body separation via centrifugation,
• Conduct purification operations including tangential flow filtration (concentration/diafiltration), depth filtration, chromatography, and protein solution formulation,
• Carry out aseptic filling and final product preparation for storage,
• Prepare process solutions and handle equipment cleaning, both manually and using cleaning machines,
• Operate autoclaves for sterilization purposes,
• Work in a flexible rotating shift system: day, evening, and (rare) night shifts.

• Degree in bioengineering, biochemistry, biology, chemistry, or biotechnology,
• Ability to understand critical process steps and perform tasks independently,
• Strong organizational and information summarization skills,
• Accurate and compliant documentation practices,
• Team-oriented with excellent collaboration skills,
• Eagerness to learn, improve, and develop new skills,
• Responsible, diligent, honest, and proactive attitude,
• Proficient computer skills,
• Good command of both Lithuanian and English (spoken and written).

• Hands‑on experience with production equipment such as ultrafiltration and chromatography systems,
• Previous experience working in manufacturing or production settings,
• Familiarity with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) requirements,
• Experience working in a cleanroom environment.

• Salary range of 2 000 – 2 500 Euro gross monthly
