Job Overview

TJX Europe is looking for a Loss Prevention Advisor to join our TK Maxx team in the Cotswolds area. The role focuses on keeping customers, associates and assets safe by managing theft and loss prevention activities across our retail stores.

Location - Cotswolds, preferable to cover Cheltenham, Gloucester, Evesham area.

As a Loss Prevention Advisor, you will work closely with store teams to protect product and assets, conduct investigations, provide analysis and feedback, and deliver conflict resolution. You will educate store associates on loss prevention best practices and handle external theft situations professionally.

• Work with store team to protect product and assets
• Conduct investigations, analysis and feedback to improve loss awareness
• Deliver effective conflict resolution and support best practices
• Educate store associates on the Loss Prevention agenda
• Handle external theft situations professionally and safely

• Mobile with a full UK driving license
• Experience in dealing with shrink and crime resolution within a fast‑paced retail security environment (ideal but not essential)
• Self‑driven, engaging, resilient and focused
• Strong customer‑facing and behind‑the‑scenes aptitude
