A luxury fashion retailer in Cheltenham is seeking a reliable, hands-on Warehouse Stockroom Assistant to support the day-to-day operational running of its stockroom. This is a physically active, operational role suited to someone who takes pride in accuracy, organisation, and consistency. This position is not customer-facing. It is ideal for someone who enjoys structured, practical work and is looking for a long-term role within a premium retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Receiving, checking, moving, and storing high-value fashion stock

* Regular manual handling, lifting, and movement of stock throughout the day

* Using a Warehouse Management System to process stock movement /maintain accurate records

* Maintaining a clean, organised, and compliant stockroom at all times

* Supporting stock takes and operational audits

* Working closely with the retail team to ensure stock availability and smooth operations

Essential Requirements

* Full UK driving licence and confidence driving as part of the role

* Previous experience in a stockroom or warehouse environment

* Proven experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)

* Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling and repetitive tasks

* Reliable, punctual, and able to commit to a long-term position

* Strong attention to detail and ability to stay focused on operational tasks
