Warehouse Stockroom WMS Assistant – Full time Permanent | Competitive Salary | Cheltenham

Five days out of seven, Monday to Sunday. A luxury fashion retailer in Cheltenham is seeking a reliable, hands-on Warehouse Stockroom Assistant to support the day-to-day operational running of its stockroom. This is a physically active, operational role suited to someone who takes pride in accuracy, organisation, and consistency. This position is not customer-facing. It is ideal for someone who enjoys structured, practical work and is looking for a long-term role within a premium retail environment.

• Receiving, checking, moving, and storing high-value fashion stock
• Regular manual handling, lifting, and movement of stock throughout the day
• Using a Warehouse Management System to process stock movement / maintain accurate records
• Maintaining a clean, organised, and compliant stockroom at all times
• Supporting stock takes and operational audits
• Working closely with the retail team to ensure stock availability and smooth operations

• Full UK driving licence and confidence driving as part of the role
• Previous experience in a stockroom or warehouse environment
• Proven experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling and repetitive tasks
• Reliable, punctual, and able to commit to a long-term position
• Strong attention to detail and ability to stay focused on operational tasks

• Prefers practical, behind-the-scenes work over customer interaction
• Takes ownership of their responsibilities and works with minimal supervision
• Is dependable and looking for stability rather than short-term work
• Understands the importance of accuracy when handling premium stock
