A leading UK retail company seeks a Loss Prevention Partner in Cheltenham to enhance shop efficiency and profitability. You will identify shrinkage trends, protect customers and staff, and manage loss prevention strategies. This role requires strong communication skills, confidence in conflict resolution, and great attention to detail. A full training program will be provided. Salary ranges from £26,500 to £38,000 annually for a permanent position, working 37.5 hours per week including weekends and occasional late nights.
