Retail Assistant – Cheltenham Shop

Contract: 1 x 15 hours per week, fixed term contract ending 23rd August 2026

Salary: Starting rate £12.71 per hour, moving to £12.90 after a 3 month probation.

We welcome flexibility regarding working hours (weekdays and weekends available).

Mon–Sat: 9:30am – 5:30pm

Sun & Bank Holidays: 10:30am – 4:00pm

Your day will involve creating a fantastic experience for customers, delivering a ‘feel-good’ fitting experience, guiding them to suitable sizes and styles, managing store stock, and operating the till system. You will collaborate with a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and go the extra mile to help customers.

Previous experience in retail or the lingerie industry is not required; we provide full training.
