Retail Store Supervisor​/Team Leader

Overview

Our store teams are the warm arm of reassurance and the friendly face that offers incredible product insight, knowledge and trust. We provide in‑store personal shopping experiences, car seat consultations, in‑store events for expectant parents, and one‑on‑one guidance along each customer’s unique parent journey. Our amazing teams make buying that first pram, cot, baby changing table or outfit for a baby’s first birthday a magical moment they will cherish forever.

• Lead a small team of Sales Consultants in a 20‑hour per week part‑time role across three days (Monday 11:00‑20:00, Saturday 10:00‑19:00, Sunday 10:00‑16:30).
• Work closely with the Store Manager or Management team to achieve sales targets and deliver an outstanding customer experience.
• Provide ongoing coaching, support and feedback to the team to help them reach their full potential.
• Maintain visual standards and ensure the store is welcoming and compliant with brand guidelines.
• Assist in recruitment, training and performance management of new consultants.

• Experience as a retail supervisor or senior sales assistant.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a passion for creating memorable customer moments.
• Ability to lead by example, motivating a team and driving results.
• Well‑organised, flexible and able to thrive in a fast‑moving environment.
