Senior Store Assistant - Keyholder

Senior Store Assistant (keyholder) – Cheltenham

20 hours per week
. Our store is open from 7 AM to 8 PM; candidates must be able to work early starts and late finishes.

We are looking for candidates who live locally and can easily commute to our store.

• Act as the friendly face of Toolstation, helping customers find what they need.
• Handle deliveries, unpack stock, and keep the store clean.
• Prepare orders and assist with warehouse tasks.
• Open and close the store, assign daily tasks to the team and provide short‑term supervisory cover when needed.
• Support colleagues to deliver a great customer experience and handle keyholder duties.
• Sell the benefits of Toolstation Club and Trade Accounts, signing customers up to receive great deals.

• Friendly personality with a customer‑first attitude.
• Reliability – be punctual, flexible, and committed to support customers and team.
• Prior experience as a keyholder or supervising team members (preferred but not essential).
• Positive attitude and willingness to work hard in a fast‑paced environment.
