Store Assistant

Overview

We’re looking for a store assistant in Cheltenham who works 20 hours per week and can easily commute to our store. You will be the friendly face of Toolstation, helping customers find what they need, while also handling deliveries, stocking shelves and maintaining a clean store environment.

Main store hours are 7 AM to 8 PM, so you must be able to manage early starts and late finishes.

• Provide outstanding customer service, listening to customers’ projects and helping them find the right products.
• Handle deliveries, unpack stock and keep the store clean.
• Stock shelves, prepare orders and maintain high store standards.
• Sell the benefits of Toolstation Club and Trade Accounts and sign customers up.
• Be proactive, energetic, and ready to work hard in all weather conditions.
