What you’ll be doing :

• Speaking with warm leads and conducting fact-finding sales calls

• Understanding customer needs, budgets and priorities

• Recommending and selling insurance solutions from leading UK providers

• Handling objections and closing deals

• Delivering excellent customer service while hitting sales targets

What it takes to succeed:

Essential:

• Motivated, results-driven attitude

• Strong sales mindset and target focus

• Confident phone and email communication skills

• Ability to quickly build rapport and influence decisions

• Evidence of potential to succeed in sales

Desirable (not essential):

• Telesales or phone-based sales experience

• Private Medical Insurance or financial services knowledge

• Competitive, commission-driven background
