OTE: £40,000 per annum

Hours:
Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm (1-hour lunch break)

We are looking for an organised, driven and professional individual to join our team as a Secured Sales Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced property sales environment and takes pride in delivering a seamless customer experience from start to finish.

The role is heavily focused on managing the secured sales process, ensuring all sales progress efficiently, compliantly and professionally while also providing opportunities to generate your own listings and earn uncapped commission.

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing the secured sales process from sale agreed through to completion
  • Chasing all parties involved to ensure sales progress smoothly and within target timescales
  • Maintaining a highly professional sales process and customer experience
  • Ensuring all terms, documentation and compliance requirements are accurately recorded on the system
  • Assisting with the wording and content for marketing materials, social media posts and website content
  • Generating and winning property listings from your own leads
  • Working closely with management to review performance, workload and development
Support & Development

You will have weekly catchups with head of sales, who will regularly review performance, workload and provide ongoing feedback and support.

As this role involves a change of position and company structure, there will be a 3‑month probation period. During this time, you will also have monthly in‑depth review meetings with Head of Sales.

Commission Structure

Commission can be earned immediately, with a guaranteed top‑up payment in place for the first 3 months to ensure you are financially protected during the transition period.

What We’re Looking For
  • Knowledge and understanding in legal property sales
  • Excellent attention to detail and compliance awareness
  • A proactive and professional approach
  • Confidence in managing multiple sales simultaneously
  • Previous property sales or estate agency experience preferred
  • Ability to draft legal documents and correspondence
  • Liaising with clients, lenders and solicitors
  • Conducting property searches and Land Registry applications
  • Preparing completion statements and legal packs
  • Managing files and ensuring compliance procedures are followed
  • Handling client enquiries professionally and efficiently
  • Supporting with post‑completion matters
  • Maintaining accurate records and case management systems
