Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced and motivated Estimator & Showroom Sales Consultant to join our family‑run flooring business in Cheltenham.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with experience in estimating, measuring and sales within the flooring industry or a similar home improvement sector such as kitchens, bedrooms, bathrooms, blinds, windows, conservatories or fitted furniture.

You will play a key role in helping customers transform their homes, from their initial showroom visit through to quotation and securing the sale.

• Meeting and advising customers in our showroom
• Conducting site surveys and taking accurate measurements
• Producing detailed quotations
• Following up quotations and converting enquiries into sales
• Liaising with suppliers and installation teams
• Managing customer enquiries via phone, email and in person
• Maintaining excellent customer service throughout the sales journey

• Previous estimating and sales experience
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Confident using computers and producing quotations
• Full UK driving licence
• A positive, organised and self‑motivated attitude

• Flooring industry experience
• Experience with products such as carpets, luxury vinyl tiles, wood flooring or laminate
• Experience working for companies in home improvement businesses
