Car Sales Executive

We are recruiting on behalf of our client for the position of Used Car Sales Executive in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled and experienced Car Sales Executive to join a leading luxury vehicle dealer group.

Working hours:

8:30am-6:00pm Monday to Friday, with 1 in 3 Saturdays 9:00am-5:00pmDuties as a Car Sales Executive:

Sell used cars and associated add-ons, accessories, finance, insurance products, and warranties
Achieve and exceed sales targets
Keep customers informed on delivery progress and advise on any delays
Resolve customer queries promptly and efficiently
Collect payments and ensure smooth vehicle handovers
Explain warranty, service arrangements, and introduce customers to the Service Department
Demonstrate vehicle features and provide ongoing customer support
Maintain strong relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention

Requirements:

Proven and steady car sales experience, ideally within the premium or luxury vehicle sector
Strong desire to achieve results and exceed targets
Commitment to delivering excellent customer service
Good IT literacy and familiar with modern sales techniques and technology
Ability to build and maintain durable customer relationships
A UK driving licence with minimal points
Professional attitude with a passion for luxury vehicles and the brand
