We are looking for a driven, results-oriented Private Medical Insurance (PMI) Consultant to join a growing financial/insurance advisory team based in Cheltenham. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding private and corporate clients through the complex landscape of health insurance, helping them find tailored protection policies that suit their specific health needs and budgets.

• Conduct thorough fact‑finds with inbound and outbound leads to understand clients' medical, lifestyle, and financial requirements.
• Research and compare various Private Medical Insurance products from whole-of-market providers to present the best recommendations.
• Manage the entire sales pipeline from initial enquiry and quotation through to application submission and policy inception.
• Build and maintain strong rapport with clients, delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring high standards of compliance.
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell complementary insurance products (such as life insurance, critical illness cover, or income protection) and manage annual client reviews.
• Consistently hit and exceed individual monthly and quarterly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Proven experience within Private Medical Insurance (PMI).
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex policy details clearly and build trust quickly over the phone and via video/email.
• Highly motivated, resilient, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven sales environment.
• Strong administrative skills with high attention to detail to ensure all applications comply with regulatory standards (FCA guidelines).
• C Up to £30,000 basic salary.
