Key Responsibilities Drive Sales :
Guide buyers and sellers through the property market to secure sales. Build Relationships :
Manage relationships with vendors, applicants, and local solicitors. Conduct Viewings :
Lead high-quality property viewings across the local Surrey area. Negotiate Offers :
Secure the best possible prices for clients while maintaining high ethical standards. Generate Business :
Proactively identify and register new applicants, converting leads into market appraisals. Pipeline Management :
Progress sales efficiently from the initial offer through to exchange and completion. Requirements Experience :
Minimum 2 years of working as a Sales Negotiator or similar role from within an estate agency. Local Knowledge :
Familiarity with the Reigate, Dorking, or Caterham property markets is highly desirable. Track Record :
Proven history of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Skills :
