THE ROLE
As a Parts Advisor, you'll be responsible for supporting both workshop and retail customers while ensuring the efficient ordering, sale and management of vehicle parts and accessories.

Key responsibilities include:

· Working across the front and back counter

· Supporting trade, retail and workshop customers

· Ordering and supplying parts and accessories

· Managing stock levels and stock control

· Selling parts and accessories to customers

· Handling a high volume of telephone and customer enquiries

· Liaising closely with Technicians and Workshop staff

· Ensuring parts are available when required to maintain workshop efficiency

· Providing excellent customer service throughout every interaction
 
ABOUT YOU
We're keen to hear from candidates who can demonstrate:

· Previous experience as a Parts Advisor within the automotive industry

· Experience working across both front and back counter

· Knowledge of trade, retail and workshop parts sales

· Experience using Kerridge, 1

Link, Pinnacle or a similar Dealer Management System

· Strong customer service skills

· Confident sales ability

· Good organisational skills and attention to detail

· Ability to work effectively in a busy Parts Department

· Full UK Manual Driving Licence (subject to licence checks)

· Right to work in the UK (sponsorship is not available)
