Business Development Manager ​/ Sales Manager - Waste & Recycling

SENIOR, WASTE AND RECYCLING SECTOR EXPERIENCED, BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER REQUIRED TO DELIVER NEW CLIENTS SLOWLY TRANSITIONING TO A 50/50 ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT ROLE OVER TIME, AND FURTHER POTENTIAL TO GROW AND MANAGER A SALES TEAM UNDERNEATH ONCE ESTABLISHED

- Waste & Recycling SALARY:
Negotiable, circa £50-60K plus Commission on New and Existing Clients sales

LOCATION:

National role, anywhere along the M62 or South, to London / M4 with good motorway access considered. PREVIOUS ROLES IN WASTE MANAGEMENT & RECYCLING MAY HAVE BEEN:
Senior Field Sales Executive, Skip Hire Sales Manager, Total Waste Management BDM, Corporate Business Development Manager, Regional Business Development Manager, Senior Business Development Manager Construction & Demolition Waste, Materials Sourcer, Metals Trader Waste Plastics Buyer, Commercial Manager Paper Recycling, Commodities Trader, National Sales Manager, Waste Broker, Plastics Recycling. ROLE:
Business Development Manager / Sales Manager
- Waste & Recycling You will look to deliver new waste and recycling business and clients You will then slowly progress into a 50/50 new business and account management, growing existing customers and winning repeat business You will look to build a team underneath you long term, progressing into a billing Sales Manager role You will be open to travel and be comfortable selling at both SME and corporate level

EXPERIENCE:

Business Development Manager / Sales Manager
- Waste & Recycling You will be a well-established in a senior commercial role within the waste & recycling sector focussed on new business sales, delivering a minimum of £600K per year. You will be able to hit the ground running and deliver quick wins If you have responsibility for a sales team or experience growing one would be a plus, provided you also have personal sales targets You will have a UK driving licence PREVIOUS ROLES IN WASTE MANAGEMENT & RECYCLING MAY HAVE BEEN:
