Motorcycle Sales Executive

We are recruiting for a New/Used Motorcycle Sales Executive to join a well-established dealership in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire. The New/Used Motorcycle Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales of both new and used motorcycles, alongside finance options, warranties, and accessories, within a customer-focused environment.

This role offers an excellent New/Used Motorcycle Sales Executive opportunity for those passionate about motorcycles and experienced in sales to progress their career within the motor trade.

Basic salary of £21,000, dependent on experience
Uncapped on-target earnings exceeding £40,000 annually

Duties:

Promote and sell new and used motorcycles, including add-ons, finance products, insurance, and warranties
Maintain clear communication with customers regarding delivery and any delays
Resolve customer queries promptly and efficiently
Collect payments and complete necessary administrative sales procedures
Explain warranties, service plans, and introduce customers to aftersales departments
Demonstrate motorcycle features and technical aspects to customers
Develop and nurture strong customer relationships with excellent communication skills
Strive to meet and exceed individual and team sales targets

Requirements:

Proven experience in automotive or related vehicle sales; motorcycle industry experience is preferred but not essential
Strong passion for motorcycles and knowledge of the industry
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Customer-centric approach with a proactive and results-oriented mindset
A UK motorcycle licence with minimal points is desirable but not mandatory
