The Role As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience from initial enquiry through to handover, helping customers find the right vehicle and ownership package to suit their requirements.
Key responsibilities- Managing customer enquiries both in person and remotely
- Delivering a professional and consultative sales experience
- Presenting finance, warranty and additional products
- Building strong relationships with customers and generating repeat business
- Achieving sales targets and key performance objectives
- Maintaining accurate customer records and sales documentation
- Representing the dealership and brand to the highest standards
- Proven experience as a vehicle Sales Executive is required
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Organised with excellent attention to detail
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Right to work in the UK
