Loss Prevention Advisor

Responsibilities

• Deliver our goal of keeping our customers, associates and assets safe
• Work closely with the store team to help protect our product and assets through investigations, analysis and feedback
• Aim to deliver effective conflict resolution and ensure loss awareness remains top priority through excellent coaching, validation, influence and support
• Handle external theft situations professionally and safely
• Educate our store associates on the Loss Prevention agenda and best practices

• Experience in dealing with Shrink and Crime Resolution gained within a fast-paced retail security environment is ideal but not essential
• Must have a full UK driving licence

Demonstrates expertise in Loss Prevention strategies, focusing on conflict resolution, theft prevention, and effective coaching of store associates. Possesses strong analytical skills to investigate and address shrink and crime issues within a retail environment.
