Care Supervisor – No Travel, Just Meaningful Impact!

Jenner Court, St Georges Road, Cheltenham, Gloucestershire – part‑time (33.5 hours per week).

Pay: £15.24 per hour (day shifts), £12.24 per hour (sleep‑in nights) plus £6.81 per sleep shift and £1 per hour weekend uplift where applicable.

• Lead, support, and motivate the Care & Support team.
• Coordinate resident care plans and ensure compliance with high standards.

• £15.24 per hour day rate.
• £12.24 per hour sleeping night rate plus £6.81 per sleep shift.
• £1 per hour weekend enhancement (midnight Friday to midnight Sunday).

• Experienced in care or support work (1+ year preferred).
• Level 3 Adult Health & Social Care (or willingness to upskill from Level

• Leadership experience – supervised or supported a team.
