Gloucestershire County Council is seeking a Leaving Care Personal Adviser to join the Leaving Care team in Gloucester, Stroud and Cheltenham. You will manage a caseload of care leavers, helping them develop independent living skills and transition into adulthood, with close collaboration with Social Workers.
The role offers a permanent contract, 37 hours per week, with a salary of £33,143 to £36,363 per annum and a comprehensive rewards package including LGPS, EAP, and generous annual leave.
