Senior Embedded Software Engineer

Fabulous new opportunity for a Senior Embedded Firmware Engineer in Cheltenham to take responsibility for full lifecycle Embedded Development, designing and developing robust embedded firmware suitable for real-world devices and applications.

Salary to £50k - £60k plus hybrid working and benefits

I am seeking a well educated Senior Embedded Firmware Engineer with minimum of 5 years in firmware/embedded C development with knowledge of a range of microcontrollers such as STM
32 /PIC
32. Applicants should also have hands-on experience with Python, a knowledge of standard communication protocols e.g. I2C, SPI, Serial and familiarity with both RTOS and bare-metal programming is also required.

The Senior Firmware Engineer will have a good appreciation for hardware with perhaps an interest in PCB Schematics. Any knowledge of Embedded Linux or experience using SoC or SOM for embedded linux applications would be beneficial.
