  • Work directly with users and stakeholders to understand challenges and translate requirements into valuable product features.
  • Contribute to product roadmaps, software architecture decisions and engineering standards.
  • Implement robust engineering practices including testing, CI/CD pipelines, observability and supportability.
  • Support technical demonstrations, stakeholder engagement activities, innovation initiatives and recruitment efforts.
What we’re looking for
  • Experience designing, developing or supporting software products or applications.
  • Knowledge of modern software engineering practices, including testing, version control and continuous integration.
  • Experience or strong interest in AI technologies, machine learning, LLMs, RAG solutions or intelligent automation.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work through complex technical challenges.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • The ability to work effectively both independently and within collaborative multidisciplinary teams.
  • Desirable experience Defence, national security, government or advanced technology sector experience.

  • Exposure to cloud-native technologies, modern software architectures and Dev Ops practices.
  • Experience mentoring colleagues or contributing to technical leadership activities.
  • Degree qualification in a relevant discipline, although equivalent experience is equally valued.
