The Opportunity

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Software Developer to join a highly skilled engineering team delivering complex, high-performance software solutions. This role offers the chance to work on challenging projects, influence technical strategy, and play a key role in the design and development of scalable backend systems.

You'll work with modern technologies across Linux environments, contributing to the full software development lifecycle while collaborating with technical stakeholders and mentoring fellow engineers.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop and maintain high-performance backend applications using Java and C++.
Lead the technical design and implementation of software services, components and APIs.
Develop robust, secure and scalable software solutions with a strong focus on quality and maintainability.
Mentor and support junior and mid-level developers within the team.
Contribute to architectural decisions, technical roadmaps and engineering strategy.
