- Open and prepare the office each morning by 7:30 AM
- Oversee and support the sales associate team (phone, email, customers)
- Step in to assist with customer service and order loading as needed
- Manage invoices, statements, and deposits
- Maintain driver compliance and safety files (drug tests, CDL records, insurance, etc.)
- Handle permitting, job site correspondence, and office supply orders
- Assist leadership with administrative tasks and compliance paperwork
This isn’t a typical desk job. You’ll have meaningful responsibilities, from managing invoices and coordinating sales to helping customers and operating a skid steer (training provided). If you want variety, teamwork, and a role where your contributions truly matter, this is the job for you. In winter, you’ll assist with snow removal, starting early in the morning and typically finishing by midday, with team breakfast included.
This helps you maintain full‑time hours when the office is closed due to snow.
This is a safety‑sensitive role

- Standard schedule: 4 x 10‑hour shifts (40 hours/week)
- Busy season (spring–fall): Office open Mon–Sat, 7:30 AM–5:30 PM.
- Winter season: Reduced hours (Mon–Fri, ~7:30 AM–4:00 PM). Weekly hours may be closer to 36. This is subject to change with weather.
- Trustworthy and detail‑oriented: You’ll be handling financials and compliance files.
- Organized multitasker: Comfortable juggling multiple responsibilities.

Quick Books experience a plus. - Reliable: Consistently on time and ready to open the office at 7:30 AM.
- Willing to learn equipment: Training provided to safely operate skid steers.
- Prior office administration, bookkeeping, or customer service experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent (some college a plus)
- Ability to pass pre‑employment and ongoing drug testing (

) - Positive Attitude and Willingness to Learn
